Firefighters arrived on scene of the Green Valley Fire around 2:50 PM and reported a half-acre fire that was burning in grass and brush that was spreading up a hillside. No homes were threatened by the Green Valley Fire and no injuries occurred. A preliminary fire investigation indicated that the cause of the Green Valley Fire may be power line related.
